Yes. Every company on ANYRFQ can post RFQs as a buyer and quote on other companies' RFQs as a supplier, with the same account. Switch between the Buyer and Supplier workspaces from the top bar.

Yes. ANYRFQ is currently UAE-only, and every company needs a valid UAE trade licence (mainland or free zone).

Yes. Invite your team to your company and give each person a role, for example raising requests, approving, quoting or managing orders.

Every new account starts with 2 months of full access on the Free Trial: unlimited RFQs, unlimited line items and every feature, with no credit card. After that, pick a plan or stay on the free tier (20 RFQs a month, 3 line items each). Paid plans are Silver at AED 500/month, Gold at AED 1,000/month and Platinum at AED 2,500/month. Any new RFQ you publish counts as one posting, counted per calendar month. Editing or republishing the same RFQ doesn't count again. Quotes you receive, comparisons and awards are unlimited. Each RFQ can include up to 5 line items on Silver, 10 on Gold and unlimited on Platinum.

You'll get a notification at 80% and 100% of your limit. Once you hit the cap, you can wait for the next billing cycle or upgrade instantly. Upgrades are prorated so you only pay the difference.

No. Registration, verification and onboarding are free, and suppliers quote for free. The price on each plan is the total monthly cost, with no per-transaction charges.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You can cancel any time with no penalties or exit fees.

Yes. Annual billing saves 10% on Silver, 15% on Gold and 20% on Platinum. Switch to annual yourself from the Subscription page in your dashboard.

Yes. Build private vendor lists and invite them to any RFQ. You can post to the open marketplace, to your lists, or both.

Yes. A single RFQ can carry products with quantities, rentals with hire periods or rate cards, and services with a scope, all compared in the same sheet.

Yes. Pick the documents every supplier must attach to their quote, such as a trade licence, datasheets or certificates, and mark each as mandatory or optional.

Record it against the RFQ as an offline quote. It then appears in the comparison sheet alongside the quotes submitted on ANYRFQ.

Yes. Split the award line by line. ANYRFQ shows what a split saves compared with the best single supplier, and issues an LPO to each winner.

Yes. Registering, browsing the marketplace and submitting quotations are free. Buyers pay for their plans; suppliers never pay to quote.

Set your supply capabilities: the industries you supply, what you handle (products, rentals, services), the emirates you deliver to and your keywords. When a matching RFQ is posted you get an email and an in-app alert. You can also browse every open RFQ on the marketplace.

No. Quote only the lines you can supply. Buyers can split an award line by line, so a partial quote can still win.

When you win, the buyer issues an LPO, which you review and accept online or ask them to amend. You log deliveries for the buyer to confirm, then raise a tax invoice straight from the accepted LPO and get notified when payment is recorded.

Just your name, company name, work email, mobile number and a password, then a 6-digit code to verify your email. You add your trade licence details afterwards, from your dashboard.

Upload your trade licence from the dashboard. Our team checks it against the details you entered and approves the company, usually within one UAE business day. Verified companies show a Verified badge.

You can explore the platform, browse and save open RFQs, set up what you supply and invite your team. Submitting quotes and posting RFQs unlock once your company details are sent and your company is verified.
