Pricing FAQ

Common pricing questions.

Any new RFQ you publish to the marketplace counts as one posting, counted per calendar month. Editing or republishing the same RFQ doesn't count again. Quotes you receive, comparisons, and awards are unlimited. Each RFQ can include up to 3 line items on the Free Trial, 5 on Silver, 10 on Gold, and unlimited on Platinum. Split larger requirements across RFQs, or upgrade for more items per RFQ.

You'll receive a notification at 80% and 100% of your limit. Once you hit the cap, you can either wait for the next billing cycle or upgrade your plan instantly. Upgrades are prorated so you only pay the difference.

No. Registration, verification, and onboarding are completely free. Suppliers quote for free. The price shown on each plan is the total monthly cost. No hidden fees, no per-transaction charges.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You can cancel anytime with no penalties or exit fees.

No. Quoting is completely free for suppliers. Only buyers pay the monthly subscription fee based on how many RFQs they need to post.

Yes. Annual plans save up to 20% compared to monthly billing (Silver 10%, Gold 15%, Platinum 20%). Switching to annual is self-serve on the Subscription page under your dashboard; the discount you see there is what Stripe charges.
